In this respect, OSP processes manufacturer information with the greatest care. Nevertheless, we cannot assume responsibility for the accuracy of the information. Any liability is therefore excluded.

The publication of a product in the Cologne List Horse Sport does not imply that a product is entirely free of substances prohibited in horse sport. It simply means that the doping risk is minimized. The athlete himself is ultimately responsible for the assessment of the doping risk.

To do so, the Cologne List offers the following informative content:

a) Laboratory analyses of individual feed batches at the Centre for Preventive Doping Research at the German Sport University Cologne (ZePräDo)

The analysis of individual product batches provides selective results. Feed is examined for internationally defined typical feedstuff contaminants. The findings refer exclusively to the respective batch. The batch number as well as the best-before date are therefore also published. A regular, at least annual laboratory analysis is a prerequisite for inclusion in the Cologne List. Further voluntary laboratory analyses by the manufacturer are published in the product entry.

b) Self-disclosure by the manufacturer
 
Further information on the feed and the quality management it is subject to can be specified in the field "Manufacturer comments". The manufacturer confirms this information by placing his signature. This information is not further verified by OSP.
